Cancellation & Replacement policy

Cancellation of Programs or Subscriptions:

• Programs (Fixed or Subscription Plans): Once a program (fixed or subscription plan) is purchased, cancellation is not permitted, and the program will remain active until its expiration. If you wish to stop using a subscription program, you can prevent it from renewing by turning off auto-renewal in your account settings before the renewal date. No refunds or credits will be issued for partially used programs or subscriptions.
• One-Time Payments: For fixed programs purchased with a one-time payment, cancellations are not applicable as the program will remain accessible for its duration.

Replacement of Programs:

We currently do not allow the replacement or transfer of purchased programs or subscriptions to another program or trainer once the purchase is completed.

Exceptions:

In rare cases where a purchased program is no longer available due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer account deactivation), AMTAP may work with you to offer an alternative program of equal or lesser value. This will be handled at the sole discretion of AMTAP, and we will notify you if this occurs.
